New Online Platform for the Management of Cannabis Derivatives Manufacturing Licenses

The Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos (INVIMA in Spanish) has announced that from now on the manufacturing licenses of cannabis derivatives will be managed through the online platform of Mecanismo de Información para el Control de Cannabis (MICC in Spanish).
In the MICC platform, INVIMA has an independent module through which users can apply for or renew the manufacturing licenses for cannabis derivatives or for non-psychoactive cannabis derivatives, cancel a license, request withdrawal of a procedure, apply for extraordinary licenses for the manufacture of cannabis derivatives by exhaustion and by non-commercial research, and carry out other procedures.
