In supersession to Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) earlier order dated 17.10.2017 with the subject, 'Illegal manufacture/import/sale of products made from Hemp and Hemp seeds by some companies using FSSAI licence Nº. on its label', it is hereby clarified that 'Hemp seeds and seed products' have been standardized under sub-regulation 2.16 of the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011.
