Standard on food additive 5-Pentyl-3H-furan-2-one
The Agency responsible: National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China published National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Food additive 5-Pentyl-3H-furan-2-one. This standard is applicable to the food additive 5-Pentyl-3Hfuran- 2-one prepared by chemical reaction with 3-nonenoic acid as the main raw material. The technical requirements and test methods of 5-Pentyl-3H-furan-2-one are mainly stipulated.
