Regulations for reassessment of functional ingredients

The Ministry Food and Drug Safety (MFDS In English) published proposed draft amendments to the "Regulations for reassessment of functional ingredients". The proposed amendments seek to:
- Add the subject to submit data;
- Add follow-up action of reassessment result;
- Clarify reassessment method and determination standards;
- Revise 'Sell by date' to 'Use by date'.
