Maximum levels of THC in hemp seeds and products derived therefrom

Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/1393 of 11 August 2022 amending Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 as regards maximum levels of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) in hemp seeds and products derived therefrom.

The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Foodstuffs listed in the Annex, lawfully placed on the market before 1 January 2023, may remain on the market until their date of minimum durability or use-by dat

 

ANNEX

In Section 8 of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006, the following entry 8.6 is added:
