Revision on new food additives

The China National Center Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA in English) published a draft regulation for the review and acceptance of new varieties of food additives", 4 new varieties of enzyme preparations for the food industry, including aminopeptidase and polydimethylsiloxane, a processing aid, oxane and its emulsion, magnesium stearate, new food nutrition fortifier L-alanine and L-arginine hydrochloride.
