ANVISA publishes guide on food additives and adjuvants

ANVISA published Guide 43/2020, with procedures for requests for inclusion and extension of the use of food additives and technological aids for manufacturing in Brazilian legislation. The publication presents recommendations on information and documents that should be instructed in the applications for inclusion and extension of the use of these products, except for flavorings of regional botanical species and enzymes.
