ANVISA publishes regulation on the use of food additives

Updating of additive lists is necessary due to constant technological innovations and the evolution of scientific knowledge. The new RDC Resolution 397/2020 defines the authorized substances, their respective functions and the maximum limits that can be added to the corresponding food category.
