Taiwan amends testing methods for food additive specification

The Taiwan Food and Drug Administration has published new amendments to the "Method of Test for Food Additive Specifications".

Among others, the following food additives are involved: alkali treatment starch, hydroxyl phosphate distarch, hydroxyl propylene starch oxide, bleached starch, gold (metallic), modified food starch.

Changes have immediate effect.
