ANVISA publishes the Resolution of the Collegiate Board of Directors No. 329, on food additives and technological adjuvants in fish

It establishes food additives and technological adjuvants authorized for use in fish and fishery products. This Resolution applies in a complementary manner to SVS/MS Ordinance No. 540 of October 27, 1997.
Food additives authorized for use in fish and fishery products in their respective functions, maximum limits and conditions of use are listed in Annex I of this Resolution.
