Review of 5 new varieties of food additives

The China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) is requesting comments for New varieties of food additives", three new varieties of enzyme preparations for the food industry, including β-glucanase, and a new variety of processing aids for the food industry, sodium sulfide pentahydrate. The food additive acesulfame potassium (also known as acesulfame potassium) with an expanded dose, its safety and technological need have passed the technical review of the expert review committee.
