CFSA consults on five new food additives

The China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) opened five new varieties of food additives and one new food raw material for public feedback.

Five New Food Additive Varieties:

  • Phospholipase A1 (Enzyme)
  • Glucose oxidase (Enzyme)
  • Tomato red (Colorant)
  • Sucralose (Sweetener)
  • Polydimethyl siloxane (Antifoaming agent)
