National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), informs the development of platforms for consultation in the food area. Uno is intended for consulting food additives. Look elsewhere to consult authorized processing aid for food use. These panels were developed based on the regulations that deal with the authorization of these ingredients. They are intended to facilitate the identification of substances, conditions of use, technological functions and maximum permitted limits.
