ANVISA amends the regulations on additives and technology aids for food

The National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA in Portuguese) has published the Normative Instruction IN No 356/ 2025, which modifies the Normative Instruction - IN No 211/ 2023, which establishes the technological functions, maximum limits and conditions of use of food additives and technological adjuvants authorized for use in food.
