FDA updates methods of analysis for food additives

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announces revised methods of analysis for the following additives:
- “Test Methods for Food Additive Specifications - Edible Blue Aluminum No. 2” and shall become effective immediately. 18-03-2025.
- “Test Methods for Food Additive Specifications - Caffeine” and shall enter into force immediately. 18-03-2025.
- “Test Methods for Food Additive Specifications - Edible Red Aluminum Licorice No. 7” and shall enter into force immediately. 18-03-2025.
