FAO publishes new report of the expert committee on food additives

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and World Health Organization (WHO) has published the ninety-ninth report of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives.

The report represents Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) evaluation of technical, toxicological and epidemiological data, including the occurrence of and dietary exposure of the food additive butterfly pea flower extract, natamycin A, nisin, and polyglycerol esters of fatty acids and four processing aids (enzymes) and revised the specifications for ten flavouring agents.
