Thailand revises regulations on food additives

With Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 444) B.E. 2566 Thailand has updated its food additive regulations.
The amended rules introduce revised principles and conditions governing the use of additives in food products and mandates adjustments for manufacturers and importers over a two-year grace period. Key changes include the removal of certain additives and adjustments to permissible usage across food categories.
