CFSA public consultation on four new food additives

On the 10th of May, the Chinese National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) published a review of four new food additives: i) D-psicose-3-epimerase, ii) 2'-fucosyllactose, iii) lactose-N-neotetraose and iv) sodium ferrous citrate. Public consultation is open until June 9th, 2024.
