EAEU publishes amendments on requirements for food additives, flavorings and processing aids

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EAEU) Board has approved amendments to the lists of standards of the Customs Union technical regulations "Requirements for the safety of food additives, flavourings and processing aids" (TR CU 029/2012)".
The list of standards has been integrated with eight standards (five interstate standards and three national standards of the Russian Federation) including standards for technical specifications of food additives and enzymes.
The list of standards related to requirements for testing and sampling of products has been integrated with 53 documents including methods for determining the safety indicators of flavorings and enzyme preparations as well as the content of food additives in various types of food products.
