Proposed amendments to Health Food Registration rules

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published the "Amendment to the Regulations for Application of Health Food Permit (Draft)". The draft amendment proposes to revise the current regulations on health food registration, to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure for the examination of the applications.
The revision includes:
- Addition of directions for online registration applications;
- Addition of provisions on the extension, change, and transfer of health food registration permit.
