SAMR publishes national standard for Determination of melatonin in health foods

The State Administration of Market Regulation (SAMR) has published the recommended national standard “Determination of Melatonin in Health Food” (GB/T 45443-2025), which will come into effect on October 1, 2025. The standard systematically optimizes the applicable scope, technical parameters and operating procedures of the test method.
