JECFA publishes safety evaluation of certain food additives

The ninety-fifth meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), has published its "Safety evaluation of certain food additives".
The monographs summarize the data on specific food additives reviewed by the Committee, which met virtually on June 2022.
