JECFA publishes safety evaluation of certain food additives

The ninety-fifth meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (‎JECFA)‎, has published its "Safety evaluation of certain food additives".

The monographs summarize the data on specific food additives reviewed by the Committee, which met virtually on June 2022.
