TFDA review standards and specifications for 17 food additives

The Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) revises Standards for Specification, Scope, Application and Limitation of 17 Food Additives (including steviol glycosides).
Key changes include adding new approved scope of and application standards for Activated Acid Clay, revising additives' names, and updating the specifications of several additives.
These amendments will come into effect on January 1, 2024.
