Steviol glycosides to be authorized in medical foods

The Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ) issued Circular 245-23, with application A1276 on Steviol glycosides as a Food Additive in Food for Special Medical Purposes, to amend the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code to permit steviol glycosides to be used as a food additive (intense sweetener) in Food for special medical purposes.
