Health Canada updates list of permitted food enzymes

Health Canada has published the updated list of permitted food enzymes. This List of Permitted Food Enzymes sets out the authorized food enzymes that are capable of catalyzing a chemical reaction and that are used as a food additive. It is incorporated by reference in the Marketing Authorization for Food Additives That May Be Used as Food Enzymes.
