The Consumer Affairs Agency of Japan (CAA) revised and published the “Food Allergy Labeling Manual for Processed Foods". The main contents include: knowledge related to food allergy, the necessary lines of food allergen labeling, the labeling scope of specific raw materials, labeling, food allergen labeling examples, consumer countermeasures and reference materials.
