Draft on 5 new food additives published

The National Center for Safety Risk Assessment published a draft on 5 new varieties of food additives, which include new varieties of enzyme preparations for the food industry β-amylase and lysophospholipase and new varieties of food nutrition enhancers 2 '-fucosyl. It is also announced that lactose, Sanzan gum and sulfuric acid, food additives with expanded scope of use, have passed the technical review of the expert review committee.
