Low acyl-gellan gum approved as an organic food additive

The Agricultural Products Marketing Service (AMS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued Notice 2022-24111, revising the list of substances permitted or added to organic products to approve low-acyl gellan gum as an additive to organic foods.
