The Ministry of Health and Welfare announced the draft amendment to the hygienic standard for natural food dyes, mainly to amend the content of the provisions, and to consolidate and list the dyes extracted from different raw material sources but with the same main component, and adjust them to the specifications and standards for heavy metals and microorganisms
