Standard on food additive calcium hydroxide

The Agency responsible: National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China published National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Food additive Calcium Hydroxide. This standard applies to Calcium hydroxide as a food additive prepared by calcine limestone or oysters containing limestone into calcium oxide and then by digestion. It specifies the technical requirements and testing methods for food additive Calcium hydroxide.
