Flavourings permitted in food

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority/Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf publishes the draft technical regulations for flavors permitted for use in food products and instructions for their use.
This draft technical regulation is concerned with natural flavourings, artificial flavourings and flavour enhancers permitted for use in food products, in addition to the guidelines for their safe use and intended for human consumption.
