Milk Fat for Industrial Use, maintaining the sensory characteristics and the microbiological and physicochemical requirements established in the Regulation, may be used in the preparation of the following products: Dairy drinks, Cream cheese, Dairy compound, Condensed milk, Common butter, Cheese processed and cream cheese. The bill also establishes that milk fat is for industrial exclusive use, being forbidden its direct destination to the final consumer.
