The Guide for the interpretation of RTCA 67.04.65: 12 Use of Dairy Terms, prepared in strict adherence to the regulations, includes the contribution of the public and private spheres of the dairy sector in the Central American region, with technical support from IICA. This guide does not constitute an official interpretation of the Central American regulations. It is aimed at authorities related to the registration, surveillance and verification of food, as well as manufacturers, importers, marketers, distributors and consumers.
