Sanitary requirements published for meals prepared with ingredients of animal origin

For the purposes of this Resolution, a prepared dish shall be understood to be any culinary preparation that contains bovine, ovine, swine or poultry meat ingredients, their mixtures and their processing, which after a thermal process are presented ready for human consumption.
