SAMR | Guidelines for the Naming of Health Foods (2019 Edition)

On November 12, 2019, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the Guidelines for the Naming of Health Foods (2019 Edition), which mainly stipulated the basic principles of health food naming, contents that health food naming should not contain and the requirements of health food naming declaration and review.
This guideline applies to the naming of registered and filed health food products within the People's Republic of China.
