The Panamanian Food Safety Authority and the National Standards for Food Import establish an extension to present free sale certificates and analyses of raw materials, ingredients and industrialized or processed foods intended for human consumption

In compliance with the resolution of June 14, 2019, which establishes new sanitary requirements and provisions for the introduction of industrialized or processed raw materials, ingredients and food intended for human or animal consumption, the new administration of the (AUPSA, in its Spanish acronym) will be evaluating those requested requirements, for that reason:
The National Standards for Food Import (DINAN in Spanish) informs that a 45-day extension period has been granted from September 4, 2019 until October 18, 2019 to present the free sale and analysis certificates. The other requirements established by the resolution will remain in force.
