New law for wine products

The Polish Government Gazette website published Announcement No. 24 amending the Wine Act. Its main objective is to adapt Polish legislation to the requirements of EU legislation and, in particular, to implement the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013 , which establishes a common organization of the markets for agricultural products, as well as Regulation (EU) 2018/273 of the Commission, of December 11, 2017, which completes Regulation (EU) n. º 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council in relation to the authorization system for vine plantations, vineyard register, accompanying documents and certificates, register of income and expenses, mandatory declarations, notifications and publication of the notified information.
