New instructions for renewing sanitary registrations for alcoholic beverages

The Food and Beverages Directorate of the National Institute for Drug and Food Surveillance – (INVIMA), informs the holders of sanitary registrations of alcoholic beverages about the new indications for the renewal of sanitary registrations and report of depletion of stocks of the product in question.
The authority informs that if the application for renewal of a sanitary registration of alcoholic beverages has been submitted within the established time and with all the requirements, and until the decision on its approval or not is made, this permit will be understood as extended.
