UK rules against mental performance claims

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has ruled against misleading health claims on a food supplement, suggesting the product could prevent, treat, or cure anxiety, stress, and ADHD.
According to ASA, claims like “banish your mental barriers” and “take your mental performance to the next level” violates the CAP Code as they imply unauthorized health benefits.
