Regulation on the safety of alcoholic beverage production effective soon

On July 1, 2024 the Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union ТР ЕАЕС 047/2018 "On the safety of alcohol production" will enter into force. The Regulation establishes mandatory requirements for the production of alcohol, production and storage processes, transportation, sale and use as well as requirements for marking and packaging.
Alcoholic products that meet the set requirements and pass the conformity assessment, must be marked with the unique sign of product circulation on the markets of the Eurasian Economic Union and be accompanied by documentation ensuring their traceability.
