Published clarification document on regulation of alcoholic beverages

The Ministry of the Interior and Public Safety has published a clarification document on questions and comments on Decree No. 98/2023 (Regulation on consumer information and advertising of alcoholic beverages), received during the international public consultation.
The document provides guidance on:
- Labeling of products that are in stock at the time the regulations come into force.
- Use of warning labeling pictograms other than those established in Decree No. 98/2023.
- Accreditation of laboratories that certify the energy value of alcoholic beverages.
