Amendment to food supplement regulations published

The National Agency for Regulation, Control and Sanitary Surveillance, published Resolution ARCSA DE-2021-012, by which, it amends the technical sanitary regulations for obtaining the sanitary notification and control of food supplements from establishments where they are manufactured, stored, distributed, imported and marketed contained in resolution ARCSA-DE-028-2016. Changes related to the definition of supplements, nutrient and probiotics are incorporated.
