The National Institute of Food and Nutrition (INAN in Spanish) has issued "Resolution S.G. No. 747/2023, approving the Technical Regulation establishing Safety and Quality Requirements for Milk and Dairy Products to be Marketed in the Country".
The technical regulation details specifications for milk and dairy products, including physical, chemical and microbiological parameters.
