New Manual of graphic rules for warnings on alcoholic beverages

In virtue of the implementation of Decree No. 98/2023 regulating commercialization and advertising of alcoholic beverages, the Ministry of Health has published the Manual of Graphic Rules for Messages, Warnings and Energy Value of Alcoholic Beverages.
The Manual contains all the graphics requirements in term of content, size, positioning and colours of the warnings. It also makes reference to the use of these warnings depending on the means of communication used.
