Amendments to the Sake manufacture and labeling Regulations

National Tax Agency of Japan released an amendment to Sake Manufacturing Method Quality and Labeling Standards, involving mandatory, recommended, and prohibited labeling requirements for sake products. The amendments will become effective on January 1, 2023.
