Guidelines on the labelling of alcoholic beverages

The Czech Republic issued guidelines on the labelling of alcoholic beverages such as spirits. The purpose of this material is to explain in a simplified and understandable way the labeling provisions that apply to spirits and foods that use spirit names on their labelling. The material explains the use of "legal names", "compound terms", "allusions" and the labeling of "mixed alcoholic beverages" and "mixtures", ie mixed spirits, with practical examples.
