Amendment published on new requirements for used frying oils and fats

It is established that the addition of methylsilicone as an antifoam is allowed in an amount not exceeding 10 mg / kg (10 ppm). According to the conditions in which the frying process is carried out, the competent health authority may reject the use of oils whose linolenic acid content is greater than 2% of fatty acids".
