Published draft regulation on sanitary notification of food for special diets

The purpose of this technical sanitary regulation is to establish the requirements under which sanitary notification will be granted to food for special regimes. These technical sanitary regulations are mandatory for natural or legal persons, national or foreign, responsible for the manufacture, assembly, import, export, storage, distribution and marketing of food for special regimes throughout the national territory.
