The purpose of this technical sanitary regulation is to establish the conditions of Good Manufacturing Practices for food processing plants; as well as the requirements that the manufacturing, production, processing, preparation, packaging, packing, assembly, transportation, storage, distribution and marketing processes of processed foods for human consumption must meet.
