The public consultation period 792 is open for 45 days, which is responsible for updating the lists of food additives and technological aids authorized for use in food. The updates proposed are the result of the risk assessments and effectiveness of ANVISA, in response to requests for inclusion and the extent of the use of food additives and technological aids presented by food manufacturers.
